Tom is highly skilled at helping organisations to establish User Centred Design (UCD) teams and bringing culture change. For example, he spearheaded the establishment of UCD practices and teams at Tesco Groceries, transforming it from a one-person role into a large interdisciplinary team.
Always with an eye on emerging technologies, Tom is leading CXPartners in our approach to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Since the early days of the web, Tom has been leading human centred design practices and designing digital products and services. As Experience Director in CXPartners’ Private Sector team, he is responsible for planning and leading key projects and programmes while contributing to the development of strategy and practice at a company level.
One of Tom’s proudest accomplishments is building and managing the website for the first newspaper in Baghdad – The Baghdad Bulletin – following the fall of Saddam’s regime.
