Diversity and Inclusion at Sopra Steria means celebrating real people, doing good for people and doing right by people. It means valuing difference, working with empathy, engaging with our communities and respecting each other. It means believing, together, we can shape our world for the better.

What we're doing

Sopra Steria champion Diversity and Inclusion in several ways, for example:

  • We have a number of employee inclusion networks, including a Race and Culture Community, a Disability Network, and a Neurodiversity Network. They run events to raise awareness and support each other.
  • We partner with specialists to make sure recruitment and career development at Sopra Steria is inclusive and diverse.
  • Recruitment managers use tools to help reinforce a more inclusive hiring culture. All managers receive training on unconscious bias
