As Programme Director for our Public Services team, Amy oversees large-scale programmes of work to support delivery management. She manages operations, processes, and people within the team, ensuring efficient and effective project execution while providing care and support to her team members. In addition to this, she scopes new business opportunities and mobilises new teams.
With a decade of experience in Delivery Management, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role.
Amy is passionate about the need for gender equality and the empowerment of women. As the Delivery Manager for the Women’s Aid Live Chat operation, Amy played a key role in helping to provide support via an online chat service for women who are experiencing domestic abuse. Building on this experience, Amy co-ran a webinar to spread awareness and understanding about the challenges and importance of conducting research ethically and sensitively when researching with vulnerable people.
Amy is a firm believer in maintaining kindness, especially during challenging times. She believes in the power of empathy and compassion in fostering positive relationships and achieving collective success.
