David became a part of CXPartners in 2021, following his leadership role in the Sopra Steria Innovation Team. In his previous role, he championed a User-Centered Design approach to innovation and focused on leveraging new technologies to address clients’ most pressing challenges.
As an Experience Director for our Private Sector clients, David shapes programmes of work, guides project direction and ensures we get measurable results.
One of the things David enjoys most about his role is getting to immerse himself in diverse industries and become an expert in that field. This enables him to create impactful solutions to improve their products and services, making them more inclusive.
Being based in Scotland, David takes advantage of the natural beauty it has to offer, spending time canoeing down rivers and lochs in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
