Steve’s depth of experience in delivering change through customer centric techniques was the driving force behind our 2022 Customer Centricity Model. Commissioned by Google, this large scale study assessed the customer centric maturity of over 100 high-profile European brands. It resulted in our white paper which revealed groundbreaking insights, and our Customer Centricity Assessment Tool that has helped thousands of organisations to become more customer centric.
Steve brings a wealth of insight around Energy and Utilities to the team, having collaborated with many clients in this industry. His extensive experience allows him to navigate and understand the evolving landscape of this area.
Having joined CXPartners in 2007, this makes him one of the earliest members of the company. In his current role as Experience Director in the Private Sector team, he oversees projects and programmes for our clients to ensure the UX, strategy and design practice we follow is of the best possible quality.
Steve is proud to have worked on redesigning the Talk to FRANK website for Public Health England, which helps people make informed decisions about using drugs. The project delivered a faster, more accessible product that ranked higher in Google for keywords and was described by Google as one of the best performing sites they’d seen.
