What we do

We collaborate with private and public-sector organisations. We do three main things:

1. Better services

We design new services and improve existing ones.

We design what they do, and how they’re experienced – digitally and non-digitally.

We do this by focussing on the needs of all people. Making services inclusive is our priority.

2. Better visions

We create future visions – for both the near-term and long-term. Again, we do this by focussing on peoples’ needs.

We use design to quickly bring visions to life and inspire organisations. And we create practical plans to make them a reality.

Exploring how smart speakers can make NHS services more accessible.

3. Better organisations

We help organisations become more people-centred, using our own ‘customer-centricity model’.

We assess organisations, design improvements, and coach them. We make sure they have the right processes, skills and tools to deliver better services.
