Stuart Tayler promoted to Director of Practice

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Stuart Tayler into the role Director of Practice. Stuart has been an integral part of the cxpartners team, and in his new role will develop both the capability of our team and our overall consulting practice.

With over 15 years experience in UX and service design, and having led large-scale, transformative programmes with The Co-operative Bank, Confused.com and Openwork, Stuart Tayler is perfectly placed to drive the leadership and development of our practice.

Stuart originally joined the cxpartners team in 2014 as a Senior UX Consultant, and was then promoted to Service Design Director. He re-joined the team in 2020 after a 2 year stint at Dyson where he led the UX design for Connectivity within Dyson’s Electric Vehicle programme.

Having worked within both consultancies and client-side, he brings a wealth of experience to how we partner with our clients; leading them to become more successful, more sustainable, and better places to work by transforming them to focus on their customers.
