Sophie Grencis becomes cxpartners Managing Director

Sophie Grencis has been appointed Managing Director of cxpartners to continue driving growth and deepening our relationship with our parent company, Sopra Steria.

Previously Commercial Director, Sophie succeeds Fiz Yazdi who becomes Dept. MD of Consulting for Sopra Steria in the UK, and also takes up Chair of the cxpartners board.

Sophie has been with cxpartners for 5 years, where she first joined to lead our London studio and grow our client engagements. In her role as Commercial Director, Sophie joined the cxpartners board, creating the future vision for the company.

Speaking on her appointment, Sophie comments:

It’s been a joy to be a part of the cxpartners team since 2017 and I’m excited to take on this new role to drive forward our growth plans. I will continue to work with existing and new clients, helping them to access deeper customer insights and deliver people-centred transformation to build a sustainable and resilient future.

In her role as Commercial Director, Sophie led the team to grow cxpartners commercially by over 20% year on year, and assisted in winning and growing accounts like SSE and NatWest.

Sophie is a brilliant leader and ambassador of cxpartners’ values so she is perfectly placed to continue to develop our dynamic culture which enables our team to thrive. With her extensive knowledge of customer centricity and her talent for business development, she will make an important contribution to our growth and our development as a business.

Fiz Yazdi

As Dept. MD for Sopra Steria’s high-growth, 375 people strong consulting business, Fiz will drive human centred technology and transformation across design, data & analytics, CIO advisory, business change and ethics and sustainability. She’ll remain close to cxpartners as chair of management board and looks forward to seeing Sophie fly as she delivers against ambitious plans for the next decade.
