cxpartners is an (even better!) ‘Great Place to Work’

We are absolutely thrilled to report we have been recertified as as a Great Place to Work® for 2023, with a 95% overall Trust Index© from our wonderful colleagues.

Last year, cxpartners was officially recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work®’. We were awarded the sought-after certification and received a 90% overall Trust Index© from our team. But, we like to be a bit competitive with ourselves and always want to improve…so in 2023 we were determined to do even better. Was it possible?

Of course! This year we are absolutely thrilled to report a 95% overall Trust Index© from our wonderful colleagues, which is well above the UK average.

And it doesn’t just stop with cxpartners. Sopra Steria, our parent company, has also been recertified as a Great Place to Work® for 2023. The company as a whole has been ranked 20th in the ‘super large organisations’ category of the Best Workplaces™ 2022, alongside SSCL, another Sopra Steria company, which ranked 19th in the same category.

Great Place to Work®‘s mission is for “everyone to have the chance to enjoy going to work; to have pride in what they do and who they work for; to enjoy working with their colleagues in an environment where they feel trusted and valued, and where they are encouraged to develop personally and professionally”.

Through the certification process, they capture valuable employee feedback and details about the practices that make workplaces unique.
