For Customer Centricity Month 2022, we held four webinars across four weeks looking at each dimension from our Customer Centricity Model and how organisations can mature customer centricity within their business.

Our five dimensions of Customer Centricity were developed to help you understand where your strengths are and where there are areas of improvement.
