A joint cxpartners and Co-operative Bank experience design team won the Team of the Year award at the Financial Services User Experience Awards on 14th July.

'Loving your customer'

The team turned conventional sales and marketing wisdom on its head by focusing on ethics, honesty and customer needs when creating the bank’s new website – with dramatic results.

It's a fantastic achievement for the whole team and both companies.
