We've appointed Daniel Harris to lead transformational programmes

We're pleased to welcome Daniel Harris to lead transformational programmes for our public sector and travel clients.

Daniel has more than 18 years of design experience, working at the cutting edge of the digital industry with brands such as Tesco, Royal Bank of Scotland, and the BBC. He joins us from Fjord and Accenture Interactive after eight years where, as Principle Director, he helped evolve the firm’s design practice.

Daniel is an important hire for us at what is an exciting time for the future of user experience and design. Changes in technology, society, and regulation mean that organisations need to re-think the way they operate. They can only be successful if they begin by understanding the users and customers they serve. Daniel’s vision, passion and ability to see these changes and the broader opportunities for our clients fits perfectly with our desire to solve challenges with elegantly simple solutions.

Daniel said to me “We’re in an age where technology is accelerating market expectations and disrupting organisations of every kind."

He's already having a great impression on both our clients and our internal teams. And we were pleased to hear him say he's impressed with the depth of talent we have here. We're looking forward to introducing him to more clients and the experience he will bring to our organisation.

Giles founded cxpartners with Richard Caddick in 2004. He's author of 'Simple and usable' and an invited speaker at design conferences around the world.
