Neil Schwarz User Experience Consultant

Neil joined cxpartners at the beginning of 2010 having previously worked as a freelance UX consultant.

With 10 years’ experience at the BBC, Neil understands what makes people tick when they’re using systems under pressure. As the Knowledge Manager for the technology support team, Neil was responsible for ensuring teams were ready to respond quickly to broadcast critical incidents.

Whether implementing knowledge management strategies or project managing business change, balancing the needs of users with the needs of business has always been Neil’s top priority.

Neil is actively involved in the UX community, as a volunteer for the Usability Professionals’ Association, a member of the Interaction Design Association and the Bristol Usability Group.

And when he’s not designing a well structured check out process?

Neil can be found donning his climbing boots and harness, or holding up west country traffic in his caravan.
