Joe Leech User Experience Director

As a User Experience Director Joe heads up teams of user experience consultants. He specialises in designing every aspect of the user experience from initial research to developing a robust, measurable online strategy to producing beautiful, easy to use wireframes and website information architectures.

Bringing together diverse experience with academic insight

Joe has an MSc in Human Computer Interaction as well as 6 years experience working in Usability, User Experience, Information Architecture and Social Media Strategy in the UK and across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.

Joe has worked with clients such as Marriott, eBay, Nokia, BBC, theTrainline, Microsoft, Saga, Peugeot, KPMG, Virgin, The British Council, the Royal Society and the Co-operative Bank, helping them to be more customer focused and to improve the user experience they offer.

Joe has worked across a number of platforms, from web and mobile to software and hardware both as an external consultant and as an in-house user experience specialist.

Joe speaks at conferences including Internet World, Carsonified’s Summer Camp, BathCamp, and Publishing Expo. Joe also helps to run Bristol SkillSwap and Bristol Usability Group.

Joe joined cxpartners 3 years ago bringing an eclectic range of experience with him ranging from teaching and tour guiding to waiting on Royalty and working at kids’ summer camps.
