As a User Experience Director Joe heads up teams of user experience consultants. He specialises in designing every aspect of the user experience from initial research to developing a robust, measurable online strategy to producing beautiful, easy to use wireframes and website information architectures.
Joe has an MSc in Human Computer Interaction as well as 10 years experience working in Digital Strategy and User Experience in the UK and across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.
He’s the author of Psychology for Designers, a book about how to improve design with psychology.
Joe has worked with clients such as Marriott, Disney, LateRooms, theTrainline, Peugeot, Virgin and eBay, helping them to be more customer focused and to improve the user experience they offer.
Joe has worked across a number of platforms, from web and mobile to software and hardware both as an external consultant and as an in-house user experience specialist.
Joe speaks at conferences including Future of Web Design, UX Bristol, UX Brighton, and LDNIA.
Joe joined cxpartners 7 years ago bringing an eclectic range of experience with him ranging from teaching and tour guiding to waiting on Royalty and working at kids’ summer camps.
