Our testing takes us all over the world. We’ve worked in Europe, Asia and the Americas. We work with local partners who are both user experience experts and speak the local language, and understand the customs and attitudes of the participants.
We’ll work with our client to develop the test plan then work closely with our partners to explain the objectives, work through the test plan, agree on a common reporting format, brief the recruitment needs and arrange for translation where required.
After the testing we’ll work with our partners to pull the results into a final report. Where we’ve been testing in multiple countries we’ll report the findings from each of those countries and show where the differences are, frequently showing how cultural differences affect interfaces.
