cxpartners have a dedicated user testing facility in the centre of Bristol. It’s convenient for recruiting users and easy for clients to get to with lots of local amenities and good hotels.
We’ve created a relaxed environment, deciding not to use a one-way mirror. They have their place but generally they make everyone more self-conscious (especially if they use it to fix their make up before they realise that people are on the other side). Instead we use video and audio feeds between two rooms. This also allows our clients to talk between themselves without worrying about making too much noise.
Coffee, tea and water will flow throughout the day as well as a good selection of fruit, pastries, sandwiches and cakes. If you’ve got any specific dietary requirements just let us know.
