cxpartners’ expert reviews (sometimes referred to as usability reviews) are carried out by our team. We have conducted hundreds of usability tests and have practical knowledge in designing usable and accessible websites.

This means that when we’re analysing a site we are drawing from a broad knowledge base of academic and applied research rather than subjective opinion.

Our usability reviews are formatted in a document that identifies both user experience problems and potential solutions. We use a severity scale to grade each of the issues we identify; this helps your team prioritise areas of your site that need to be updated.
