“Should we build our own Social Network or take advantage of an existing one?” is a question we at cxpartners get asked all the time.
There isn’t a simple answer but in the presentation I gave last week at Internet World I give some tips and suggestions.

- Tweetfall gives you a real time view of what people are saying about the terms you specify on Twitter.
- Tweetbeep is a free service that will send you an email whenever anybody mentions a term you specify on Twitter.
