cxpartners attended Internet World 2009 last week. As part of our stand we gave away the following papers that act as a taster of our thinking.
We are now giving them away online as PDFs, so please feel free to download them and circulate them as you see fit. We’d love to hear what you think of them.

I’ve never really read papers like these before, so it was interesting to see what they’re like. It’s good that you’ve structured them so that each paragraph is a sentence, maybe two long; it makes the information easy to digest.
I definitely agree with the special offers paper; if I see one product on offer, I want to see the whole range to make sure that it’s legit and I’m actually getting a good deal. The myths of mobile web design was also entertaining; “The last thing you want to do is get your users killed”. Sounds like a valid reason!
Some very interesting views. I particularly like the papers on SEO, mobile web and They’re Talking About You. Thanks for sharing them.
