Reflections on UPA 2010 – Dispelling usability myths

It’s easy to do things in the same way again and again without questioning your methodologies. A talk at UPA 2010 on myths in usability testing challenged me to reconsider my position on some long standing beliefs. This article outlines the nine myths that were discussed and in some instances were busted by the panel.
