First up.
I responded by text to a Saab ad on telly. It was about their new biofuel range of cars so naturally interested in the technology and environmental progress they might be making.
Anyway, texted in, got a response and needed to submit name and address details. In return they sent me this text. Essentially they’ll send me a brochure but I got some immediate fulfilment from the dealer details. And best of all the phone number was entered all joined up… meaning I could call it directly.

Here’s a view of one of the product screens from Laura Ashley. I wonder if they realise that their sales signs are so big you can’t actually choose the products.

Now to B&Q. Just find it really interesting the way they’ve advertised their site as being a shop window and sell features rather than products.

Here’s a good way to put people off from applying online. How long!

OK!

Found this the other day, hit ok to cancel…
I thought we’d seen the last of dialogue boxes like this.
