Planning Portal

cxpartners have been working with the Planning Portal (part of the DCLG) since the beginning of 2006.

We’ve been helping them develop the standard national online planning application process and restructuring the planning and building regulation guidance sections of their website.

Both of these projects have involved primary user research and validation testing with citizens and planning professionals as well as working closely with stakeholders in the Planning Portal the back-end developers and design team.
