Microsoft NHS

cxpartners has been working with Microsoft and NHS Connecting For Health to develop usability standards for the National Programme for IT.

As part of this work, cxpartners has spent time observing clinicians at work in hospitals and general practice, watching them interact with patients.

This has given cxpartners insights into the day to day work of clinicians and how patients interact with them and the NHS. It has also allowed cxpartners to better understand the role web technologies can realistically play for users at all levels.
