I turned up to find our plasma had been put up in the wrong place and our stand looked a bit lost.
Ninety minutes later and a team of four people had moved our plasma, the panels were in place, the Ikea locker was assembled and we had raced into an early lead.
So now I’m back in my hotel room, hoping that my sore throat doesn’t return and wondering if I can get an early night in before three days of scrum and circus at Earls Court.
I’m a bit nervous - though the people on the other stands look worse - but looking forward to an excuse for yacking about customer experience for three days solid. See you there.
