Three ways to make your wireframes more useful

I recently gave a five minute talk at UX Bristol on making wireframes more useful. In it I describe how to add extra layers of information into your wireframes that reflect the insights you learn during user research.

The talk was recorded, so I thought I’d post it up and share it with the world. I’ve also uploaded the presentation to SlideShare.

The ideas in this presentation are from a chapter in the book Communicating the User Experience By Richard Caddick and Steve Cable. Available from Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com

This is really great stuff Steve! I’m teaching a web design class and I’ll be integrating a lot of this stuff in as resources. I’ll also try to get my school to buy a few copies of the book. :)

If you are ever thinking of coming to Prague, please let me know as I would LOVE to have you come do a guest lecture. :)
Take care and keep up the great content!

Hi Steve, that’s a great short talk with practical tips. Thanks for sharing.
I actually have a talk on a similar subject – just gave it in Prague at WebExpo in September. I’ve just posted some related resources and the slides on my blog:

I’ve included a link to this article and to your new book.

Take care
