I recently had a new credit card sent to me, (as the chip on the previous one had stopped working), and all was fine… until that is I tried to access my on-line account.

For some reason it no longer worked, so I phoned up the bank and was duly told that as I had a new card I now needed to re-register my on-line banking from scratch!
