Richard has spent 12 years developing usable interfaces for TV, web and mobile.

He loves taking complex ideas and involving users to develop simple and easy to understand interfaces.

This year he has been working with Lexus and the Co-operative Bank as well as many other projects including travel (ask him about trebbling online sales) and developing a community site.

Richard has been speaking to students on MBA and entrepreneurship courses.
