Joe has an MSc in Human Computer Interaction as well as extensive experience working in usability and accessibility and he finds he does his best work here

Joe has worked with clients such as the Planning Portal, Microsoft, John Wiley and Sons and the Co-operative Bank helping them to be more customer focused and how to use communities to further their business.

Joe is also a guest lecturer in Usability at the University of West of England in Bristol.
