About us

cxpartners is a user centred design agency based in Bristol, UK. Our ambition is to become one of the worlds most sought after agencies and we think we can pull that off.

We already have a great list of UK based and international clients that we’re delivering some great work for.

We’re also investing in our staff and their thinking so that when we work on your project you’ll not only find it a stimulating and engaging experience but it will have the best brains in the industry behind it.

Family friendly

Our families are really important to us. We want cxpartners to be a place where your family is as important as you.

Conscientious

Where we can we try to look after our environment. We encourage the use of public transport and most of us cycle or walk into work. If you want to buy a bike through CycleScheme we can sort it. Wherever possible we recycle.

The more water we drink in our office the more money goes to Christian Aid through their AquAid scheme.

We also support the Tesfa schools in Ethiopia, which were started by a friend of ours and which are a really good idea.

Where we work

Our main office is in Bristol and we have office space in Farringdon in central London, which is convenient for our London clients and partners.

Our new office in Bristol city centre is a great location to visit, with landmarks on our doorstep like the Bristol Hippodrome, the Watershed and the Colston Hall. Bristol is also home to the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge, BBC Natural History Unit and Bristol Zoo (if you remember Johnny Morris on Animal Magic, then the inside of Bristol Zoo will seem strangely familiar to you).

Not far away is the headquarters of Aardman Animation, Brunel’s SS Great Britain and the place where Jim Hawkins met Long John Silver in Treasure Island. Nowadays, the site is home to Bristol’s futuristic Planetarium. Look around and you’ll find a statue of Bristol’s most famous son – Cary Grant (carrying the script of To Catch a Thief).

Farringdon is, of course, a bit of a new media hub, but it’s impossible to find a cash machine nearby. You will find a lot of Knight’s Templar history, some great places to pick up quality second hand watches, London’s diamond sellers and Smithfield Market, in case you need to buy steak wholesale. More importantly for us, it’s convenient for the City of London, not too far from the West End and on a tube line from Paddington, so keep an eye out for us buying espresso to go in one of the coffee shops around there.

Our office facilities

We understand the importance of working in a creative and open environment – it makes us happier, and our work better. That’s why we have lots of light and space in our offices and areas dedicated to different activities.

We hold workshops together in our break-out space and make the most of our giant whiteboards. We share ideas and work together to find innovative solutions to our client’s problems.

Our café area is great for holding informal meetings over a coffee or an afternoon tea.

We also have our user testing rooms that allow us to carry out user testing (or watch remote testing), depth interviews and card sorting activities. Having our own usability testing labs on site means we are able to care for our clients and participants throughout a whole project in comfortable and friendly surroundings.
