James Rosenberg – User Experience Consultant
James has worked as a design consultant at cxpartners since 2007. He has a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Human Computer Communication from Bath University.
A strong background in usability
James has worked with some amazing clients including Nokia, eBay, Peugeot, Tesco, Marriott and Futurelab, helping to increase their customer focus and improve the user experience.
Having conducted hundreds of usability studies including eye-tracking, concept testing, heuristic evaluations, persona development, benchmark studies, and international user testing, James has a great attention to detail and understanding of user behavior.
