Bonny Colville-Hyde – User Experience Consultant
Bonny joined cxpartners in 2007, after graduating from the University of the West of England with a BA (Hons) in Media Practice. Since joining cxpartners Bonny has developed a love of ethical search engine optimisation, and she really believes that great content makes for great digital experiences.
Measuring conversions is what its all about
Bonny has worked with many travel sector clients including Expedia, Lastminute.com, and Best Western UK. She enjoys designing solutions to problematic user journeys, through creative wireframes. She believes that users have to be included in the design process, to ensure new designs will work for customers as well as stakeholders.
As well as drawing lots of pictures and diagrams for clients, Bonny cares about conducting good research, and is currently studying for an MSc in Management and Business Research Methods with the Open University.
Bonny’s clients also include the Environment Agency, eBay UK & DE, and BBC Worldwide.
She is a member of the Usability Professionals Association and the Information Architects Institute.
And when Bonny is not sketching designs and interactions?
