Anna Thompson – Operations Manager

Anna joined cxpartners in 2006. As part of the Operations Team Anna ensures the business support runs smoothly. Not only does she manage the company finances but she also co-ordinates our marketing and new business activity.

All in a day’s work

Anna is trained in Sage. She manages invoicing and cashflow, monthly and quarterly reporting and the bank account.

In her marketing role Anna is responsible for managing the cxpartners marketing plan including co-ordinating the newsletter, speaking opportunities and liaising with marketing agencies.

Anna organises new business appointments and follow ups and oversees all CRM data.

And when she’s not managing the nuts and bolts of cxpartners?

‘The Swift’

Away from the office Anna likes to chill out with friends and family. She loves to jump in her car ‘The Swift’ to go on an adventure, whether to find a walking trail or just a pub for Sunday lunch. She’s also a member of the Gospel Generation Community Choir in Bristol, which is an uplifting highlight of her week.
